As part of our partnership with the National Saturday Club, we recently welcomed a group of young people to our Holborn site for a guided visit and creative collage workshop led by resident artists Rex Southwick and Evangeline Armstrong.

 The day began with a studio tour and informal Q&A session, offering insights into artistic training, creative careers, and the realities of working in studios. Participants explored current painting, sculpture, and installation projects while discussing their own ambitions and interests.

 The visit concluded with a hands-on collage workshop exploring perspective and composition. Working collaboratively on paper, students built layered artworks by contributing sequential foreground and background elements, creating shared pieces that combined multiple viewpoints.

 This marked our first collaboration with the National Saturday Club, a UK charity offering free weekly creative programmes for 13 to 16 year-olds in partnership with universities, colleges, and cultural organisations.
