Alongside our Christmas exhibition taking place in Marylebone, The Bomb Factory is pleased to present a Christmas showcase of prints and works on paper in our historic Holborn Gallery space, in collaboration with our long running neighbours Mutton Fist Press. Running from 5th - 18th December, this showcase brings together artists from all five of our sites in London, celebrating the creative diversity of The Bomb Factory, at the end of a year where we have seen our network and community grow substantially. Through these smaller works you have a chance to see how these artists create in a more immediate way, getting an intimate glimpse into their studio and thought process.
With all proceeds from sales going towards supporting the The Bomb Factories charitable aims, and the artists involved, this is a great opportunity to collect affordable emerging art for yourself or those close to you!
Mutton Fist Press is an affordable printmaking co-op. It provides subscribed members with low-fee and flexible access to printmaking equipment. Mutton Fist supports a thriving print community via weekly, open-access group sessions known as “Spud Club”, and the hosting of exhibitions, performances and book launches. Mutton Fist artists run print workshops for local community groups and schools in conjunction with our neighbouring organisation The Bomb Factory. Mutton Fist also runs a year-long residency programme, with a particular focus on supporting artists from low socio-economic backgrounds and those who identify as disabled or living with chronic illness.
