Following the powerful Shades of Resistance last summer, NC Productions returns with Shades of Migration, a multidisciplinary showcase running from the 25th to the 30th of July. The exhibition explores how movement and mobility shape creative practice and cultural identity.
Taking inspiration from James Baldwin’s line, “Any real change implies the breakup of the world as one has always known it...”, the show brings together London-based artists reflecting on lived and inherited experiences of migration, whether forced, chosen, or generational.
Through installation, film, performance, and visual art, participating artists examine how migration influences territory, autonomy, legacy, and belonging.
Part of the ongoing Shades Of series, Shades of Migration is more than an exhibition, it's a space for conversation, exchange, and creative collaboration.
