Recycle / Upcycle Fashion Workshop for 10 - 18 Year Olds with fashion collective ‘Bleaq.' During this workshop, 2 members from resident Bomb Factory fashion collective, ‘Bleaq.’, will introduce participants to the importance of sustainable fashion 🌿 👚👞 You will learn techniques of clothes customisation that can be applied to last year’s wardrobe to give them a new lease of life! You will have the opportunity to photograph your creations as well as taking home a new favourite t-shirt and skills for up-cycling!

Painting, Drawing & Sound Workshop for 10-18 Year Olds with artists Andrew Hart & Serena Huang! Resident artists Serena Huang and Andrew Hart will lead a painting, drawing and sound workshop that uses the local area as source material. Heading into the local Westfield Park and Chelsea Harbour area, you will explore mark-making, create rubbings and be guided in observational drawing, all whilst considering and recording sounds of your surroundings. Your work will be presented in our gallery alongside a patchwork medley of the local urban soundscape 🎶 🏙 Dates / Times: Tuesday 26th July, 11:00 - 13:00 OR Friday 29th July, 13:00 - 15:00.

Cyanotype Printing Workshop for 10-18 Year Olds with artists Ibrahim Azab and Lina Ivanova! In this popular course with Bomb Factory alumni Ibrahim Azab and Lina Ivanova, participants will learn the process of making and developing cyanotype prints! 🌞 Cyanotype printing is one of the oldest printing processes which uses UV light (the sun), absorbent materials and cyanotype chemicals. You will be taken through the process step-by-step to create their own prints with found objects in the nearby area, including Chelsea Harbour as well as Westfield Park 🚤 🌳 Dates / Times: Wednesday 27th July, 11:00 - 15:00

'Worldbuilding' Spoken Word / Poetry Workshop for 10-18 Year Olds with artist Rohan Ayinde!
Resident spoken word artist Rohan Ayinde will conduct a workshop into the art of spoken word: using poetry to think about imagining new worlds, the workshop helps participants to create a world through the poetics of discovery, exploration and construction 🗣 💭
The workshop will move through poetic technique, the meaning of worldbuilding and the importance of imagination to help you generate varied poetics that feels native to your experiences, desires, fears and hopes.
